Customer View Report

For businesses with a website and a work email on the same domain.

All fields are required unless marked optional.

Does it have to end in .ie?

No. Any web address works: .ie, .com, .co.uk, .eu or any other. Your work email just needs to use the same one, for example you@yourbusiness.com.

We currently review businesses in Ireland. Start typing your town, or write it if it isn't suggested.
What's a Google listing?

It's the box Google shows for your business on Maps and Search, with your reviews, address and opening hours.

How we use your details. To verify your request, prepare and deliver your review, and improve our service. The Digital Health Check privacy notice explains our legal bases, service providers, your rights and how to contact the Data Protection Commission.

How it works

  5. Review it and decide what to doDo it yourself, with another provider or with us. A short call to talk it through is available if you want one: free, no obligation.
  6. Share feedback, if you wishFeedback is optional and takes about five minutes. The link is in your report.

Questions about the pilot

Is the report really free?

Yes. The Customer View Report is free during the pilot. We do not ask for payment details, and there is no obligation to buy anything.

Why are you offering it for free?

We are testing and improving the report with a small group of local businesses before launch. We welcome your feedback, but it is optional.

Can I apply if I use Gmail or don’t have a website?

The Customer View Report needs a business website and a work email on the same domain. Gmail and other personal email services do not meet that requirement.

The free Snapshot Report has different options: a website or business email domain with a matching work email, or a contact-based request if you have no website or business email domain. If you have a website but only use Gmail, the current online form does not offer a matching route. Contact us to ask about your situation.

Does applying guarantee a place?

No. Pilot places are limited. We will email within one working day to confirm whether we can include your business.

When will I receive my report?

If accepted, you will receive your report by email 1–2 working days after we confirm your place. This delivery period starts after acceptance, rather than when you first apply.

Do you need access to my website or accounts?

No. We review public information only. We do not ask for passwords or log in to your website, email or other accounts.

Is this a security or legal audit?

No. The Digital Health Check is an indicative review of the public information we can see on the date of the review. It is not a legal or regulatory audit, a penetration test or a security certification, and it cannot guarantee search rankings, enquiries or sales. Every report is reviewed by a SISI Solutions consultant before delivery.

Will you publish my report or contact me with sales offers?

We do not name your business or publish your comments without your permission. Your report and feedback are kept for up to 12 months to check and improve the service. We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

Do I have to use SISI Solutions to make the improvements?

No. You can act on the report yourself, work with your own provider or ask us. The report does not include implementation prices, and you do not have to commission any work.

Use it yourself, discuss it with your web provider or ask us about the next steps. The report does not include implementation prices.
