Last updated: October 2026. This notice adds to our general Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Sevilla Tech Solutions Limited, trading as SISI Solutions (registered in Ireland, company number 772772), Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim. You can contact us at info@sisisolutions.ie or +353 83 194 9558. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

2. What we collect

  • Your request: your name, role, email address and, if you have no website, your business name, town, phone number and a link to your Google listing.
  • Verification: a one-time code (stored only as a scrambled hash), the date and time, and the IP address your request came from.
  • Your confirmations: the exact wording of the two boxes you ticked and when you ticked them.
  • Your feedback during the launch pilot, through the form linked from your report.

All of these details are needed to process your request, except the Google listing link, which is optional. Without them we cannot verify your request or prepare your review.

3. How we use it and why

  • To verify your request, prepare and deliver your review: because you asked us to (steps taken at your request before, and in order to provide, a service).
  • To prevent abuse of the form (bots, false or duplicate requests): our legitimate interest in protecting our service. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for this, as described in our general Privacy Policy.
  • To run and evaluate the launch pilot using your feedback: our legitimate interest in checking that our reviews are accurate and useful.

The review is prepared with AI-assisted analysis and checked by a SISI Solutions consultant before delivery. No decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made about you by automated means.

We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

4. Public information about your business

The review uses information that is publicly available:

  • your website, visited once per page, as a normal visitor would;
  • your Google listing and its recent reviews;
  • Google Maps and Google search results for your type of business in your area;
  • public registers, such as the Companies Registration Office and professional registers;
  • your website's public technical settings and your domain's public email (DNS) records;
  • archived copies of your website in the Internet Archive.

The report's Sources section says where each fact came from, with a link and the date we checked it.

Some of this information may relate to people, for example a sole trader's name or the authors of public reviews. We use only what the review needs, we do not reproduce reviewers' names in the report, and we show figures or summaries instead of full quotations where that is enough.

Where we compare your business with up to three similar local businesses, we use the same kind of public information about them.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your details. We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf:

  • Amazon Web Services: hosting of our website and of your request.
  • Google Workspace: our email, used to send your code, confirmation and report.
  • Cloudflare: Turnstile, to check that requests come from a person.
  • Anthropic: AI-assisted analysis used to draft the review.
  • Apify: collection of public Google Maps information for the local comparison.
  • Google PageSpeed Insights: measurement of your website's speed.
  • SerpApi: Google search results for the local comparison.

6. Where your information is processed

The providers listed above are technology service companies that offer their services in Ireland. We use their services to produce part of your review, and only for the purposes described in this notice. Some of them, such as Anthropic, Google, Cloudflare, Apify and SerpApi, are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States, so your information may be processed there.

Feedback on your report

Each report includes a personal link and QR code to a short feedback form. If you use it, we keep your answers (how clear and useful the report was, whether each main finding is correct, what you plan to do, and any comment) to check the accuracy of our reports and improve them. Our basis is our legitimate interest in improving our service; you can object at any time.

  • If you tick "contact me", we use your answers to get in touch about the items you marked, on the basis of your request.
  • If you tick "you may quote my comments", we record your consent and the exact wording you agreed to. We will not publish anything until you approve the text, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
  • We keep feedback for up to 12 months. The link only shows the summary of your own report and expires after 180 days.

7. How long we keep it

  • Verification codes and technical logs: 30 days.
  • Your request and contact details: until your review is delivered, plus 12 months for any questions about it.
  • Your report and your feedback on it: up to 12 months, to check and improve our reports (and, during the launch pilot, to evaluate the pilot).

You can ask us to delete your personal data sooner, subject to any legal requirement to keep it.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on our legitimate interests, you can object at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@sisisolutions.ie.

9. Contact and complaints

If you are unhappy with how we use your data, please tell us first at info@sisisolutions.ie. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
